Terms of Service

By using CineMap (the web app at cinemap.studio and the CineMap desktop app), you agree to these terms.

The service

CineMap turns GPS routes into animated 3D map videos. The free tier includes watermarked export up to 1080p. CineMap Pro ($9/month) unlocks all map styles, the Waypoint camera, 4K export, watermark-free output, and the Mac desktop app.

Subscriptions

• Pro renews monthly through Stripe until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change; we'll notify you before any change affects you.

Your content

Your routes and exported videos are yours. You retain all rights to the videos you create with CineMap and may use them commercially. You're responsible for having the right to use any route data you import.

Map data

Maps, imagery and routing are provided by Mapbox and subject to Mapbox's terms. Map data attribution must remain visible where required.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service — no attempts to circumvent tier limits, resell access, reverse-engineer the apps, or use the service in ways that break the law or degrade it for others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Warranty & liability

CineMap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
